GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirmed Reservation:
The reservation will be considered confirmed only after the payment of the deposit has been made.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation more than 60 days before arrival: Full refund of the deposit paid.
Cancellation from 59 days onwards: The deposit will be retained 100% as a cancellation fee.
Cancellation Notification: Must be made within 7 working days from the expected arrival date to avoid additional charges.
Payment on-site via Bank Transfer (preferably immediate if possible):
The total balance for the accommodation must be paid on-site after check-in via immediate bank transfer. The transfer receipt must be sent to the WhatsApp number +39 320 184 3788 or by email to [email protected]. If confirmation of the bank transfer is not received within the specified time, the company reserves the right to charge the total amount of the booking to the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking.
Tourist Tax:
The tax will be requested at the time of online check-in (children under 14 years old are exempt).
Security Deposit:
At the time of online check-in, a €200 security deposit will be required, which will be refunded 2 days after your departure, following an inspection to ensure no damage has been caused.
Booking Modifications:
Any modifications to the reservation, including changes in dates or the number of guests, are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
RESERVATIONS MADE BEFORE FEBRUARY 4, 2024
Deposit:
The deposit will be used as a security deposit and will be refunded on the day of your departure, after verifying that no damage has been caused to the property.
