GENERAL CONDITIONS
The booking will be considered confirmed only after the deposit has been paid. The balance can be paid after your arrival at the property, either via online payment or bank transfer.
Cancellation Policy:
You will receive a full refund up to 60 days before your arrival.
From 59 to 7 days before arrival, in case of cancellation, only the deposit already paid will be retained.
From 7 to 0 days before arrival, in case of cancellation, the full booking amount will be charged.
Tourist Tax:
This will be requested during the online check-in process (children under the age of 14 are exempt).
Booking Modifications:
Any changes to the reservation, including date changes or changes in the number of guests, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Security Deposit:
A €200 security deposit will be required during the online check-in process. This amount will be refunded within 2 days after your departure, provided no damage has been found.
Reporting Technical Issues or Non-Conformities:
Guests have 24 hours to report any discrepancies, damage, missing items, or breakages within the property that do not match the online listing descriptions.
