GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Confirmed Booking:
The booking will be considered confirmed only after the deposit payment has been made. The deposit amount will correspond to 30% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation Policies:
- **Cancellation before 60 days of arrival**: Full refund of the deposit paid.
- **Cancellation from 59 days onwards**: The deposit will be retained 100% as a cancellation fee.
- **Cancellation communication**: Must be made within 7 working days from the scheduled arrival date to avoid further charges.
Payment at the Property via Bank Transfer (immediate if possible):
The total balance for the accommodation must be settled at the property after you have checked in, via immediate bank transfer. The payment receipt must be sent to the WhatsApp number +39 320 184 3788 or via email to [email protected]. If the bank transfer confirmation is not received within the stipulated time, the company reserves the right to charge the total booking amount to the credit/debit card provided at the time of booking.
Tourist Tax:
It will be requested at the time of online check-in (children under 14 are exempt).
Booking Modifications:
Any modifications to the booking, including changes in dates or number of guests, are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Security Deposit:
The deposit will be used as a security deposit and will be refunded on the day of your departure, after verifying that no damage has been caused to the property.
