GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Deposit and Booking Confirmation
To confirm the booking, it is necessary to complete the required information and pay the deposit indicated during the booking process.
Without payment of the deposit, the booking cannot be considered confirmed.
2. Cancellation Policy
In the event of booking cancellation, the following conditions shall apply:
* Cancellation up to 60 days before the arrival date:
the deposit paid will be fully refunded.
* Cancellation from 59 days before the arrival date onward:
the deposit paid will be fully retained as a cancellation penalty.
Cancellation requests must be communicated in writing as soon as possible and, in any case, at least 7 working days before the scheduled arrival date, in order to avoid any additional charges.
3. Balance Payment
The remaining balance of the booking must be paid via online payment or instant bank transfer.
Payment may be made once the guest has checked into the property and, in any case, no later than 8:00 PM on the day of check-in.
4. Tourist Tax
Where applicable, the tourist tax will be requested during the online check-in process.
Children under 14 years of age are exempt.
5. Booking Modifications
Any modifications to the booking, including changes to dates, number of guests, or other stay conditions, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
6. Security Deposit
During the online check-in process, a payment of €200.00 will be required as a security deposit.
The deposit will be processed within 2 days after departure, subject to inspection of the apartment (for informational purposes, 99% of deposits have been refunded in full).
7. Reporting Technical Issues or Non-Compliant Items
Guests are required to report any inconsistencies, damages, missing items, breakages, or technical issues within the property within 24 hours of arrival, in order to avoid being held responsible for damages attributed to the guest.
8. Acceptance of the Conditions
By proceeding with the booking, the guest declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.
